Join me for a Free, 5 day Meditation Challenge

5 days, 5 meditations, 5 minutes each.

Hi friends! I’m hosting a 5 day free meditation challenge! It begins September 15th!

Who should participate? Anyone who is interested in trying meditation for the first time or building a more regular meditation routine. This is free and you don't have to be a current client to participate. Feel free to do this with friends, family, or coworkers!

How can you join?

-No formal commitment! Each day of the challenge a new meditation will be posted on my YouTube page. I'll email out some tips/guidance and a link to the meditation as well.

What do you do?

1. First, choose the time of day you’d like to do your meditation. I recommend doing first thing in the morning or at night, whatever allows you to practice at the same time each day, this helps build the habit.

2. The goal is to meditate for 5 days in a row. Each meditation is just 5 minutes.You got this!

3. Remember, this is a practice. Your mind may wander and that's OK! Some days are also easier than others to sit in stillness. Just keep with it.
